The meeting  took  place  under  the  theme  that reads: “It is time to transform Namibia”, which is an obvious and  loud cry  for change. That coming together of the RDP leaders provided a great and valuable opportunity for us to discuss the many and seemingly daunting challenges confronting our society today.
