 SA’s Private Police, the Scorpions, knew or know the exact where- abouts of ODC N$100 million and the SSC’s N$30 million. They also know how and by whom the transfers of the stolen funds were approved. They know from which Namibian accounts funds were transferred and the SA accounts where funds had flowed into and where it went from there.

This and more has been revealed by the Economist Newspaper of the 19th February 2010. Do you know why? Even with this vital intelligence, the Namibian public has still not seen or heard of any single and serious attempt by SWAPO Party and or top GRN leaders to retrieve the stolen public funds? These and many other social ills/sins explain why RDP was formed and why the people of Namibia are calling on ACC to investigate the entire top GRN and SWAPO leadership for corruption.
